1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging and tags.
  • Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 2 bussines weeks.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

  • If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us first.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
